Haha, I know but I'd need to get an AR first to base the build on; I only have AK's and a G3, no AR's of any sort surprisingly.

With all the pics you and Bio have been posting, I'm very tempted to pick up a VFC later in the season for a winter project.

noob question here, where can i find and what is ecxatly the blue (paint ?) that we can see on a lot of the guns/airsoft seen in this topic.

M-Lok's too early in the game - zero direct-attach accessories and the only things you can put on are Magpul's rail sections. I'm going to give it a year to see if it really starts to catch on. Keymod is really picking up momentum right now though.

The MK1 Classic and the MK4 non-Keymod remain in my mind the best Geissele has done in their rail lineups so far in terms of workmanship and ergonomics. I find the corners and edges in their newer offerings too sharp.

Take a WE mid length, add box of spare parts and mix well until blended, mmmmm, yummy :D

Nice, is that Evike's SR47 kit? I both like and dislike it at the same time lol.

Btw, does it work w/ 5.45 mags? Or just the 7.62 mags? Always wondered what it'd look like w/ a 74 mag in it even though it won't be "correct".

It's the Evike SR47 receiver, yeah. '74 mags fit but they look terrible.
