It actually will SAVE you money by buying a high quality battery and charger. Spend $100 on a charger and $30 or so on an Intellect of an Elite cell'd battery that can withstand the draw and re-charging over and over... and you wont have to replace your $20 battery every couple of months. Hell... if I could make up my mind on an AEG for more than a couple months, I'd be willing to bet I'd still be using the same battery that I would have initially purchased :) |
Going back on topic:

Gen II has 6.08 barrels, Gen III has 6.05 electroplated tight-bores. Gen II has plastic spring guide, Gen III has aluminum spring guide with steel bearings Gen II has ABS furniture (handguard etc), GEN III has glass reinforced fiber furniture Gen II has bushings, Gen III has 8mm steel bearings Gen II has regular spring, 007's Gen III has M120 spring Gen II has plastic cylinder head with single o-ring, Gen III has rubber padded aluminum cylinder head with double o-ring Gen II has regular plastic nozzle, Gen III has POM nozzle with internal o-ring (better air seal) Gen II has plastic piston head, Gen III has aluminum piston head (unidirectional flow for better air seal) The new integrated 2x zoom scope in the carry handle has adjustable windage and elevation and can be tuned to spot on accuracy. All of the above upgraded parts and features work together to give the Gen III better feel, weight, performance, durability and reliability than the Gen II. Ken |
Sorry for mis-leading guys from my previous post (I posted an review on the Gen II)
This is the right SRC G36K & C GEN III review http://www.popularairsoft.com/reviews/src-cg36k-and-c compare with SRC / TSD G36 GEN II http://www.airsoftretreat.com/review...ate=1178931043 .... You can obviously notice a BIG difference and changes made by TSD / SRC |
Here is review of the SRC Gen 3 HK416.

So has anybody got the M933 yet? I'm considering it against a G&G MP5 G5. I'm thinking that judging by the consensus here, that it's a better deal.

I'm really looking into these SRC Gen III G36's.. from what I'm hearing these are pretty high quality for a pretty decent price tag.
Here is SRC's Catalog by the way.. as I've seen some post about SRC not having AK's And the only gun that shoots 400 FPS stock is the SRC 416, all other guns are in the 330 FPS range. I think the only reason some websites post up 400 FPS is because of the M120 Spring they include.. SRC Full Catalog Official Website |
