We have an issue is that the chinese multicam frabric is not as good as the real thing, so the armor looks not good . Color/pattern is not exact the same as the genunie fabric. I may need to help import the real mutlicam fabric to make the body armor. More pictures of current sample armor will be available tonight.

Please release that soon, so that I can match it with the blast belt I just got! lol.

Any chance of the armor in colors other than multi cam? specifically just tan/khaki/coyote or something.

Both comments are very narrow-minded and myopic.

I wasn't saying that rigs take away from the game, i like vest, bdu's ect.. I think its almost necessary to have a good vest or chest rig if you have lots of mags and things to hold, but if you wear armor for no reason, you'll just end up feeling less, and not calling hits because you have no idea you got hit. Also if you dont have some sort of fear of getting hit, then its not really as fun because you wont be as careful. This is just what i think though, if people like wearing lots of protection, theres nothing wrong with that.

Or common sense..? If you wear more, than you feel less....? I wasn't saying I'm a experienced player who knows everything because I'm not.. at all.

FOX_111 October 22nd, 2007 19:55

You feel less, but you still ear it.
I use a full ballistic vest with NIJ plates, bicep armor and real Gallet helmet yet I feel/hear all my hits and I call them all.

I did not mean to insult you, just bring your assumption to questionning.

Shrapnel[Op-For] October 22nd, 2007 20:11

Ya no problem, i guess its completely personal preference. I guess i would just rather feel the pain so i can really without a doubt know if i got hit, and to make it more "scary".

Any way, on topic what about this for protection?

You need to realize that this "armour" you speak of wont feel much if any different then any other vest/bdu combination. Its not like it has real ballistic shit in there lol.

I usually wear full armor (either an IBA with soft armor packs, repro SAPI plate in the front, collar and groin protectors, or an FSBE AAV with soft armor packs and front and rear SAPI), plus whatever pouches on the MOLLE... you can still "feel" (and hear) most impacts. There's no pain, but there's also no place for doubt when you get hit, it's very obvious something impacted your rig.

I've experienced my fair share of pain, mostly from various mountain biking injuries as well as surgery and the like. The degree of pain I'm likely to encounter from an airsoft BB (short of being shot in the eye) is fairly negligible and doesn't evoke much fear anyway. Nor do I particular crave pain enough to try experiencing it unnecessarily.
