Sorry about hijacking this thread. Anyhow, I've recieved an e-mail from Ken this afternoon regarding my order for the KJW P226 and he has started the process to issue refunds for those who have requested them. I guess some items never showed up even after a month of ordering from Ken's suppliers. It's nice to know that Ken is still a reputable source for airsoft enthusiates in Canada (especially when the suppliers don't fubar the process). Many users who have fired off numerous e-mails should get a reply today about their guns in limbo.

didnt recieve any emails back, nor is he still answering his phone. This man is impossible to track down.

I don't think he answers emails/phones over the weekend. Like any good business he is closed on the weekends. So he most likely has a large back log of emails on monday. Can't explain the phone though.

yeah i know about weekends, but ive emailed twice i believe and phoned him everyday since last monday, and no answer... But, hopefully ill get a hold of him soon.
