Any one know if the bolt carrier has a full size piston attached?

Seeing as they brought out the snail mag for the Luger, i wouldn't be too surprised if the did a drum for the Thompson.

Tanaka made an airsoft luger, we copied it
Tanaka made a snail drum mag, we follow suit

In GBBR, besides M14 (30) and G39 (32) all of them are real cap box magazine

GHK's external body will still beat WE, I'm 100% sure about it. GHK still has its own market.

I'm well aware of that, but they have shown serious innovation compared to any other GBB producers out there, they've certainly come a long way from where they started.
I hated their range with a passion until i bought their M4.

I'll take a reliable GBB system over external aesthetics any day of the week, once it has a relatively accurate steel body.

Better kick than the WE 39 RAS? this is a very good brand, reliable and solid, however, too high fps, can only us outdoor...

Just toss in a $15 NPAS unit and you are good to go. Will likely be able to adjust fps between 300 to 500.

What's wrong with WE's external aesthetics? The EBR and M4 CQBR are two of the most beautiful guns I've ever seen and handled. I own a WE M14 EBR and the WE 4168 (both open bolts).

On the reliability of the open bolt system, I agree with you there. They can be finicky at first, but after some adjusting and the application of some self gained know-how, they can be made to be extremely reliable, predictable, and the most easily serviceable GBBR systems around (at least for the M4 platform and hopefully the AK). It seems WE is on a fast track of innovation, better quality control, and accessibility, while maintaining fair prices. That's good for all of us.

Plenty of replacement parts, accessories, and upgrade parts available. What more could anyone ask for?

Not a thing, he was comparing it to the GHK LCT body, I was sayin id rather
have a gun that runs right.

@ Karnage: I know tis early days yet but any idea of a rough price?

IRONSIGHT September 16th, 2011 22:11

I'd love to see a Galil ARM but I'm sure there's too small a market.

Karnage September 19th, 2011 21:22

Price will be in the mid $400 range. Still in negotiation with WE for Canadian mod versions.
