Look like the thread as been dead for a while, so let me bump it. She is just simple VFC SCAR-L. I will convert her either to sniper scar or gunner support scar soon, Box mag, and short magpul PTS is on the way while I'm typing as well. There are a few reason that I like the SCAR. One SCAR can do a lots of job.

-CQB Rifle
-Sniper rifle
-Gunner Support
-Standard rifle.

There are only 2 parts left that I need to complete her to become sniper rifle.

-New VFC gearbox which is build fire in semi only for sniper set up complete with lower receiver and can be switch in a second between CQB and Snper. Thanks to VFC for their design that don't contain any wire running inside the body. That's the big advantage that I choose VFC
-New Bi-pod that can be use both as sniper rifle and gunner
-a few extra hop up unit.

Hey all..I've got the SCAR-h..sure wish I'd known before hand that this version requires a different mag(sr-25 I think ) that's what I've been told ..anyway still very nice weapon, anyone know about this mag. difference..I would really appreciate the input..and where I could find xtra mags..any help would be cool

nice pieces everyone....seems that the airsoft community is the only one to truly embrace the SCAR.......have yet to see a pic of one in the field?
