Apparently. But he has limited supply of guns available, still...another retailer in a very small industry = :)

Nik12 June 30th, 2007 21:02

Yeah. He can get you your gun, but he keeps nothing instock (gun wise). It's simpler that way if you ask me.

If he gets raided, and has nothing there, he won't lose any money. Wow, it almost sounds like we're talking about drugs :D

At the last game I was at I was talking to someone that told me Ken is now importing through a licensed arms dealer, and is thus highly unlikely to get raided. I haven't heard anything to this effect from anyone else though.

Okay but who else has order from him? Because I want to order something lol.

I have. It's been about 5 weeks now, but it should be arriving soon.

Nik12 July 1st, 2007 17:45

Great guy to deal with. i got a $850 aeg from him about 3 weeks ago and it wasnt working, Sent it right back under the warranty and its being repaired right now. He isnt one of those guys that is going to try to find some loophole around things, he's a very honest guy.

One thing is that he gets tons of emails a day from tons of people about little things like,"wheres my gun" and "how much does this cost". And when that accumulates, the emails take longer to process and get through. Really, when you got questions like that and you want them answered now, you might as well pick up the phone, pay the 20cents or w.e for long distance if applicable and ask him, it will only take a minute of your and his time, and you get instant results!

From my understanding, he was ordering it from Redwolf.

ken is the MOST stand guy i've EVER dealt with.

thing is with ken he really cant keep anything in stock. because what ever gets ordered as either been paid for or has been claimed for before the order is sent out. but there is a wait time.

i ordered back in early April and if ken was not the most amazing/understanding guy around i wouldn't have had a pistol for the JOC 24 hour game. i tolded him another small time dealer in calgary had the KSC USP .45 in stock and that i would like to get my money back to go pick it up so what does ken do? ask me for the other guys number so he can call him and explain what was going on and that he would deliver the funds for my gun to him personally so i could pick it up later the same day.

to me thats THE definition of customer service.

great customer service and good smith skills, now if only he could learn the rules of a dead man and he would be great.
