shots rule

i owned a m3 w/ sawed off barrel mod. bought it used with a stock spring inside of it with who knows how many shots that were fired and dry fired by previous owner. i got it cheap. Never had a shotgun, friend has a spas, i wanted M3. That shotgun was absolutely fantastic. Shell mount via velcro on the left side of the chamber, reloading was quicker than a bat out of hell. CQB was a blast. Auto trigger.

Phat guns like Phat cars, phat anythnigs, are usually 1 of 2 things.
1; amazing tools... but useless without the right user.
or 2; a compinsation for (a) ___________ ...

Good ol' Shotties can be as useful "in the hands of a skilled player" as Super Giga Aegs can be, "in the hands of a skilled player". Just because u havent experience YET doesnt mean u still arent learning..

Love all airsoft guns and live in peace and harmony
we are lucky we still have them

p.s. SHOTGUN NINGAS RULE!!

and yes... "i have fired many shotguns".. all kinds.. sir.

it depends what type of shot you are using with the shotgun (bird shot, skeet shot, buck shot, or slug which is actualy one huge bullet)

I actually did know that one, seriously! Ok, a TM shotgun has way more spread then a slug.

I'm basing my info off of this page: http://www.theboxotruth.com/docs/bot14.htm
00 buckshot seems to have a spread of about two feet at a range of 50 feet. A TM shotgun, while only firing three BBs, will cover the same if not more area at the same range.

obviously it has a bigger spread then a slug...

i agree with greylocks though...it does come in handy according to certain playstyles. We all play a different role, and fill it using different equipment. So to each their own.

Ive owned a TM spas 12 and a TM m3 fullstock...they were both great. I liked the spas 12 for the huge grip to cock and the smaller stock, (im 5'9"), but the looks of the m3 were far better imo.

Here in BC at panther, we have city battles in the mock 'city', which are composed of springers and gbbs only. and sometimes stockish aegs on semi only. Anyhow, a 3 shot shotty is no underdog in that situation; i found it was actually quite effective, not even mentioning how awesomely fun it is to be cocking the gun after each shot..like a real one, then having the shell drop out, and ramming another into it and going again.. Some of my greatest city moments are with one of those shotties...

however, in the bush, long ranges, money's on aeg:/
