Ordered something from them not so long ago, item wasn't shipped after 2 weeks so I asked why. They had no so bad comms but asked for a refund. They didn't. I asked them again, they said they'd speed up. Nothing. I told them that I didn't want to claim on paypal but I would if they wouldn't take the 5minutes it takes to refund me. 2hours later I had a refund.

I have purchased tons of stuff from them over the years, mostly items that aren't available elsewhere.
I only ever had 1 issue with them sending me the wrong scope.

Overall I find them pretty good, but their communication isn't that great.

good prices on small stuff but their shipping is annoying....I've had a couple of orders where they shipped stuff separately and wouldn't tell me why...I wouldnt buy big ticket items through them, only if I need small accessories

I've always had problems with these guys, I ordered a set of cheap rail covers, it took them a month to send, I threatened them with a case opening and that I needed the covers 2 days from then for an OP, then they told me that they had actually sent the covers and they arrived 2 hours after I sent the email. The communication is absolute bullshit, I don't know why they haven't been shut down yet...

Try using shootcbgear, haven't had a single problem with these guys, have just about everything that ebairsoft have except for the horrible service and that kid called jesse.

I just finished an order with ebairsoft. Their shipping is sllllloowww, but as mentioned they are good for items you can't find elsewhere. My order as well was missing a part but after a little "are you sure it's missing?" emails they sent out the part with tracking and faster shipping. DO NOT order if you need stuff ASAP, at least a month+ to complete something with them... that said I would use them again in the future.

Nothing wrong with EB. They supply retailers like depot, their shipping is 2-3 weeks usually ;\

I've found they lie about things being in stock and then they hold your money without telling you they're waiting for stock. I waited almost the entire length of the paypal claim period and I had emailed several times with no answer, the only way to get an answer was to start a claim process, the item magically appeared and shipped that day.

I have an order from them one the way, I have had to constantly email them but it appears all of my items have been shipped except one that was LISTEN AS IN STOCK, but they told me it was out of stock and gave me a refund for the item. Waiting on the big order to arrive (approx. $200 CAD). I will update this post if I remember to once the stuff HOPEFULLY arrives.

I get frustrated anytime I just think about my one & only attempt to order from them. They got so confused trying to explain what items were out of stock, and either didn't understand (or pretended not to understand) every time I replied that no, I didn't want their suggestions of alternate items. At the end of the day they never did refund all the items that didn't arrive, and they even charged me full shipping, i.e. for all the items that I never got.

The order wasn't high-dollar-value so it was actually better to walk away and never look back. I won't touch them now.

they lie about having stock on hand, and then say they will ship it when it arrives, I doubt them not shipping things out is intentional, they probably just forget you had an order, given the organization of a lot of chinese stores.

Ordered a 70 degree bucking, 1 week later, no info - Emailed them, and stated "if you don't have it in stock, refund me."

Got the e-mail three days after I submitted the e-mail, still no refund :|.
