I hold that G&G AK 47 last time. it's cool gun but I just like err why should I pay that price when I can get AV and get one from classified within that price and already full metal, sometime a little bit more could get more mags and battery as well.

They still have some cool guns though. What would you guys say is the best line on the market right now for durability and upgrades??

As in, the best type of gun? Anything of the armalite series for external upgrades, and anything with a version 2 or version 3 mechbox for internal upgrades.

If you're talking about manufacturer, best for upgrades is Tokyo Marui since nearly every aftermarket part is done to their specs. For durability/reliability, the best is probably Ares, VFC, G&P (not G&G), or Classic Army, depending on the gun.

And that's my biggest argument with the halfbreeds. Why should I pay the retardedly high price for guns that are easy to import and thus eliminate 90% of the reason for retarded prices in Canada when I can still get a full black, sometimes full metal, and almost always better quality gun for $100 - $150 more?

I personally don't like the halfbreed gun but still I already got one from myself but too bad, not that 475 $ G&G AK 47 though, I got me an ICS M4A1 CQB just for loaner gun when my friend want to play with me or give me a ride. That's mostly the reason .
