yea never order from them, it took 3 weeks for them to ship out a single part for me, and they charged $40 shipping, and then i get an additional $15 charge on pickup

EDIT: To clarify, your parents need to physically meet with a rep from this site, questions will be asked. Verifiers don't give access to people when they suspect it's for a kid.
