Donster, it looks like we're going to have an excellent season of WW2 airsoft, get your shit together quickly and join us. And don't feel your equipment has to be squared away 100% before you come out to a game. I'm missing lots of bits and pieces and so are others, but we still attend games. Plus, most of us have extra pieces to lend (like in your case, an Mp40, incase you get into a CQB pickle with that k98, haha).

sounds awesome! ill definitely come out with my MC and Kar98k (the deadliest of combos :p) and i would love to try out an MP40 and that AGM of yours. you guys should try some games at wasaga instead of FR all the time.

Nice stuff!

Here's my AGM MP44 after refinishing the stock with walnut stain and Minwax Tung Oil Finish. Now I just need to deal with that orange thing........

Looks great, are you going to paint the grips in a wood pattern?

Andrew H December 29th, 2009 12:12

I would like to do that. I'm not sure how to accomplish that to get it to actually look good. Any suggestions on paint type and technique?

Check out this thread....

I noticed the pics I posted have become dead, I'll try to re-upload them ASAP. However, you should get the idea from what was written.

Thanks, I read the tips in that link. Time to start experimenting

I used your tips the best i could.....I'm not a great painter:rolleyes:

Here's what I ended up with. It obviously doesn't match the stock, but I'm happy enough with it! Thank you for your advice!

Well done! It finishes off the StG44 nicely.

Mine didn't match the stock either.
