Oh, no no, I'm not trying to justify his situation or anything, but maybe the guy has had something big go on that doesn't allow him the time to get on to a computer. Sh*t does happen sometimes

If you have accepted money for a product then you have a obligation to the good or services paid for. Regardless of personal hardships. It has been one month since the transaction took place. The op has waited long enough. At this point its fraud and he should respond accordingly.

There's an obligation, yes, but sometimes shit happens.

All we know is this:
Coma
Last Activity: March 27th, 2009 15:24

Which means he hasn't touched ASC for a month. Maybe the guy had been in a car accident or something, or is out of the country to deal with a sick relative, or ducking the OP for the missing boonie.

He's been incognito for a month, no one has any way of communicating with him, so yes it does throw up flags, but I doubt its for a petty reason such as fraud for a boonie.

Schwag April 28th, 2009 14:47

I know Coma to be a good guy. If he hasn't been here, there's a good reason and it's not because he's ducking.

cbcsteve April 28th, 2009 14:49

I agree, I had comms with Coma in the past about a review he did and he helped answer questions nicely and helped me learn a few new things

Fraud for a boonie? Like Daiveit said, I doubt hes ducking out just for a boonie

Eeyore April 28th, 2009 15:09

Well maybe he does have some problems and maybe he is a stand up guy, to be honest I don't know him at all. However that still leaves the op holding the bag for something he has already paid for. At the very least leave appropriate feedback in his trader rating. I month is too long to have to wait for communication for something you've already paid for.

Oh ya and welcome back Schwag.

i just talked to coma and have passed his email address to the op as per request of coma, he has been unable to log onto his account because he forgot the password to both his account and the original email set up with the account.

And he waited a month without doing anything to solve this?

Stocko April 28th, 2009 20:29

Thanks guys.

I waited for him, and left him about 2 or 3 other messages. He hasn't been on since march 27th as someone mentioned, so I'm not hating on him or inciting that he cheated me out of a boonie haha.

I will be speaking with Coma now. thanks a lot!

pipefitter316 April 28th, 2009 20:49

I know coma hes a good guy theres gotta be a reason hes not answering.

Stocko April 29th, 2009 22:00

Problem has been solved, Coma had some issues with his account.

Thanks again, skalnok!
