Not sure why the heck it's like this, and that the shipping is freakin weird.
customs take different timeframe to check different things. Some shipment takes 1 day to clear, other shipment may take over a week to clear. That's what's making the difference, not the shipping company itself.

Looks like they lost my BDU's. Been over a month already.
And it usually takes 2 weeks to arrive.
