Its not custom, Ares is a new company and they make the AMP DSR-1, Cheytac M200, and the Mini-Hecate if I read AnakChan's post correctly. $800 for a stock bolt action sniper is quite expensive if you browse RedWolf and WGC. The Tanaka rifles top at around 450-550USD and those are pretty high-end.

I don't think so. The fps test at the 3:15 mark specified the parameters as: 0.2g BBs and 22 kg gas.

i saw the ares sl8 on gunnerairsoft. i thought it was another cheap clone brand maybe. it was about half the price of a star sl8
