I was given one a gift. Now I didn't want to hurt their feelings as they drove a fair bit to aquire it.

I am tore out the plastic mechbox and installed a metal one. I know it will still look like a silly tippmann xm8 but hey it will shoot 395 with a tight bore and full sytema gears.....hahaha.

So just for fun you can swap out the mech box. (Dremel is your friend)

I also swapped out the hop up.

but hey what floats your boat.

i find the local players will be a much greater help to you then others that was the case for me at least

thats not saying nobody past the maritimes helped me but the locals are the people you will play with people you will actually meet and get to know

look into going to a game you might not be able to play given your age more likely you wont

but talk to them in between skirms get to know them get your name out there

by the time your aloud to play people will know who you are and possibly will welcome you to the community

Yeah I've been wanting to go check out a game for a while now. ^^

Seriously dude, stick around a while. We're evil to noobs to try and scare off the ones we don't want. If you use your time here to do research, learn what's what, etc. you'll have no issues after a month or two.

People who play airsoft are generally very nice people. They're fun to hang out with and game with. You have to remember though that unlike paintball the majority of airsofters in Canada are above 25. It's a sport of adults. Sometimes enthusiastic n00bs come across as impatient and immature, but sit back and learn stuff and you'll fit in fine.

Stop telling < 18 kids where to get airsoft guns.
