Excuse my Multicam ignorance, but what is the seller covering up with his advanced MS paint skills? What are we supposed to see on the shoulders?

Anyone has a pic of the real vest?

The front rubberized shoulder pads on clones have a pattern but the pattern is not similar to that of the real crye chassis. Heres a pic of the real deal.

Also if you look closely at his vest you will notice the inside padding is not similar to that of the crye vest at all, the real deals internal padds have raised bumps, the clone just has regular black pads.

I've bought some Crye stuff off e-Bay, and some of it is just ridiculous. I don't know how many times I've seen combat shirts (no pads) sell for $500-$800, just for the shirt. Then the pads sell for $150!!! I saw a shirt/pant set bidding at $960. I got lucky and got my pants for $200, but the range vest in my size has eluded me. I bid on one and stopped at $200, but should have kept going.

I can see in that atmosphere why someone would want to ask $500+ for the vest, even a clone. There was one starting bid at $3000 about a month and a half ago, but it didn't say if it was a clone or not.

I'm more interested in those ACS's he's offering :D

arman January 19th, 2008 03:02

You'll probly see it relisted again then for around 6-700 then.
