the kj23 shoots .40 not .45

Im not entirely sure, but i dont think any glocks shoot .45

RacingManiac November 25th, 2007 19:22

Glock 30 is a G26 size gun that shoot .45ACP....I am sure there are ones in G19 and G17's size that does the same....just don't know what numbers they are...

Glock also has models that shoot .45 GAP...

There are most definitely Glocks that shoot 45. And KJ23 ain't a real firearm.

But a .45ACP Compact Glock doesn't exist as far as I know. At least not a doublestacker.

You are correct. There is ONE sub-compact model that shoots the .45acp rounds, and that would be the Glock 30. infact, there are only 3 models that shoot the .45ACP rounds as far as I know, the Glock 21(standard size), 30 (sub-compact) and 36 (slimeline).

The Glock 37, 38, and I believe the 39 as well shoot .45GAP rounds. I don't know the difference between .45GAP and .45GCP rounds.

You got .45 AUTO G30 which is considered a subcompact pistol

And the .45 G.A.P. G39 also a subcompact

But there is a glock that is the same size as the G19 which is chambered for the .45 G.A.P.

GAP and ACP are essentially the same round, however they've cut down the casing because the ACP round is a bit too long for the smaller frames of the GLOCK lines. There is some more info on them here in this link, and its kinda of funny that the .45GAP round is shorter than the 9 X 19mm round.

Yes, SUB compact, not just compact, like the G19 in 9x19.

Hey guys this question might sound stupid but i just got my kwa g19 3 days ago and i was wondering if ksc parts such as the recoil spring would fit on the gun? cause i see alot of parts for the ksc g19 but rarely any for the kwa and was just curious weather they fited for not

Lakonian November 26th, 2007 01:01

Exactly the same shit, man.

KSC & KWA are 1:1. You can interchange anything between them, LIRC.

vatek November 29th, 2007 17:19

Ancorp, where did you get that adjustible sight?

ancorp November 29th, 2007 17:22

I believe it is a KSC original part actually, part 6 on the Glock17 diagram that I have at hand:

Weird, I wonder why they have two versions of the sights.

Mine came with part #5.

Jayhad November 30th, 2007 12:54

from what i have found is that adjustable sight is only availble on the G34 FOR AIRSOFT. I have one my 34 but not on my 18 and the other 34s (only 2)I have seen have it as well. The parts manual you get with the 34 is for the 17 but it shows the different parts, you also get a bigger slide catch lever on the 34s

Guess you didn't read the last one, 38 Compact, SAME dimensions as the G19 only chambered for .45GAP. GAP being near same as .45ACP only the casing is made shorter so that it can fit in the smaller frames of compact Glocks.

So to answer your question there are .45 Compact Glocks. More info on it all is linked in previous post, most from the manufacture themselves.

EDIT: Should point out that I am yes simplifying the diferences between GAP and ACP rounds. There are some internal and external differences to the round, the three most notable are case length, the rim has a slightly tighter cut and the round uses a smaller primer due to the smaller volume in the round. However the overall power, performance and impact of the rounds are identical, as was the intention of the round. Further information can be found at the link in my last post or this one here ((which is linked from said previous link)):
