ya thats the nozzel, and the broken part could be inside where you cant see unless u look hard. Mine I just replaced was cracked and broke where the tappet plate holds it.

What's with that piece of metal above the trademark which looks all dented and out of shape?

TM M4's come with that shield to protect the wiring from getting pinched, it just holds the wiring in place basically.
