So people should look for a security guy wearin a fake mustache. That'd most likely be Cory.

Him cashing your cheque for trafficking to you a prohibited device. It's like the hooker who calls 911 because a john stole her cocaine.

Good luck with it though. A beating may net you more satisfaction, but it won't help you much after that.

Just a thought how long ago did this scam happen?

Thanks oh fishy one. My classiness knows no limits, like scratching my nuts in a fancy restaurant.

Umm...can you get a record from small claims?

You might get money. But he won't get a record from losing a small claims case will he?

Theft is theft, it doesn't matter what was stolen.

Case in point,

Person 1 robs Person 2 at knife point for narcotics, Person 2 calls the police, police arrest Person 1 and find the evidence. Person 1 is charged, Person 2 is not.

True story.

No he won't get a record. AND most often they don't get their money either, even if the judge says he has to pay you. Then you have to take it a step farther.

You ONLY get a record in the criminal court system, not in civil court such as small claims. He would have to file a fraud case with the police, and let the police investigate to determine if there is enough to charge him with fraud.

But... his going to court for that type of activity, in his line of work, WILL bite him bad.

I'd love to see him explain his court day to his boss, and what it's for. If I was him I'd repay all I own real fast before it comes to that level.

No, no it's not. The example I used is also true. There are certain things you just can't claim as stolen or defrauded from you. That's why guys buying illegal guns and drugs don't call the cops when they are stiffed over a deal.

Get a reality check there buddy.
