Hey, guys, about Redwolf, or more specifically, Customs...has anyone had any success ordering standard G36C magazines, with the dummy rounds inside? I emailed Ken, who got me the G36C in the first place, and Mark, but as was mentioned in another thread, neither are replying. I know that it's mainly the guns themselves that Customs won't allow through, but the dummy rounds in the mags make me kinda nervous about Customs, and I don't want Hi-Caps. I'm also really picky, and only want TM mags, not CA, which is why I didn't just order them from Mark. Anyone have any luck with this?

From what I know, any mag with any sort of dummy round or anything that resembles a round is not allowed in. However, maybe it's not as tight as I think it is.

I ordered the new CA m14 match with a level 4 upgrade I was extatic just what I wanted at a great price. HA HA, no. I recieved an email from customer support about the fact that the upgrade could not be done, they offered me a refund and I accepted. That was monday, its is now friday there time and no refund. I have sent email after email as I need the money to get a weapon for this tournament, and while the Customer support department is very kind and polite, the refund department is slower then all get out.
In conclusion
Red wolf has a good page and for the most part a good staff, but for me its not worth the saving to buy anything from them for this kind of headache

You realise that your gun would have been seized by customs right? And you could have gotten into trouble with the law for importing an illegal weapon. You are lucky Redwolf made a mistake.

The general delay for getting a refund is usually a month. That's how it is with most online retailers. Nobody refunds as fast as they charge you.

So I ordered some stuff from Redwolf and it's on it's way. To anyone else who's ordered from them, have you had to pay any kind of taxes or fees on them? I just want to be prepared for when the package arrives, since on the last item I ordered, I really wasn't expecting to see the $45 charge on it.

Only once have I had an package get through without charges from Redwolf...

Custom inspections, tariffs, blah blah blah all get charged. It adds up really quickly too. Having got charge $15 for an inspection to make sure a mechbox wasn't a gun seemed a bit dumb... Though prices in Canada are expensive, paying that extra 30% sometimes if worth it.

Has anyone ever ordered a mechbox (complete) from them?

I bought a systema complete box from them, the price was good and it only took 5 days to get it.

What kind of Customs delays were you looking at? My package took three days to reach Canada from Hong Kong, and it's been "Pending Customs Inspection" for six.

I got a new complete M4 Ras from Redwolf 2 weeks ago and it took 5 days to get here..no customs. When it comes to customs delays it varies from case to case.
