this is a dream project of mine if the lotto was nice to me all of a sudden... mount a spud tech bolt action air compressor gun on it and sheet it in with alluminium plates... ya sure, come over to my house for some airsoft... |
sorry about that, im not computer savvy, i dont see why i cant just put up a bloody picture...
its a 70r hitachi rubber tracked carrier... too expensive to do my plan just for an airsoft tank... |
I would have loved to use my spudgun in larger games, however, I don't think people will like that. One shot could've taken out a whole squad :D
Maybe some paintball places hold some of these... |
rabbit feed pellets work very well in unconventional airsoft applications like this - fully biodegradeable (and degrade fast), and (last I checked) you can get a 50kg bag for about the same price as a bag of good bb's
|
I'd like to make a half scale howizter or something. Doesn anyone have a good way to make BB sabot rounds?
|
I am going to test my ABBDS (advanced bb delivery system) this weekend. Will see how effective it is against attacking and defending forces.
Good sabbot round is: half toilet paper roll cardboard thingy, saren wrap, bbs *note, this is for zookas with 2" barrels. roll out some of the wrap, pour BB's in it, add a few rolls of it, stick it into the toilet paper roll. Toilet paper roll slides in nicely and keep the load in once piece 'til it hits something like a tree. Then the wrap breaks and BB's fall everyone. Higher the hit, bigger the radius. |

You should concentrate on using your spudguns strictly for artillery because It's not very realistic using it on a horizontal line unless you have it installed in some sort of mobile tank and it's somewhat dangerous.
