Yah man, no money no recognition, and they get the rights to your image to use forever.
These contests are just a way of getting out of paying real photographers.

If you don't like the fact that they'll use your pictures, don't participate.

Thank you. If the few complaining in this thread actually read what was posted, you would realize what the purpose is. No recognition? How about being in WGC's calendar (millions of people will probably see your photographic abilities)? That's not recognition enough, then don't fucking participate, the winning photographers will also recieve some kind of souvenir, that is ecognition in itself. Read the rules and outlines of the contest, then send in a picture if you want to. Don't like the way things are being run? Don't enter the contest and don't post in this thread.
