Which is the minimum 600$ that firemachine69 was talking about. If you buy used or a cheaper aeg, like the mp5k you can get in a little cheaper.

Greylocks January 29th, 2006 09:58

And you still must be 18 to buy these guns.

Average $600 for the gun alone. Need batteries that can be $50 each, need a decent battery charger ($150), need a few extra magazines ($50 each, but varies).
So that's about $900 of stuff. And ammo is about $25/bag.

There you go.

So I'll take you have a Cyma AEG then?

This sport costs roughly a minimum of 600 dollars to get started.

$600 is sugar coating it, the addiction sets in

Haggis January 29th, 2006 11:47

yeah...addiction.....yeah...i hear ya.....$3k later and i still have sweats for stuff.....yeah....gimmie some.....I will do all the things you like....give it to me....lol

Syphen January 29th, 2006 12:15

Airsoft.. is a bad addiciton. I started spending about 600 in total for my first gun. Thousands of dollers later and I'm still going. You will probably find its the same for most other people here.

Start by reading this website; the FAQ, the Teams and the entire section where the games and events are listed by province?

Then get in a car and go.

i think over 1000 of your posts have to do with telling people to read the FAQ's

Yes, they do. Shows how often folks DONT read the FAQ, or read anything at all for that matter, just like this person. Come on, there are two sections of these forums dedicated to answering that question.

I like how at airsoftforum.com they have the search button in mega-font, bold, and flashing. Might save ya some trouble if we did the same here.

Hey I am new and read all the facts. This place has been very helpfull to me. 9 of us started at the same time with a gun. Roughly $600 each. Then we all started to buy camo and tac gear and batteries and all that good stuff. Now we are all over $1000 and still going just because its as addictive and looks really sweet.

When you start modeling infront of a mirror with a G36K, boonie hat and Loony Toons Boxers you will understand.

NuttyHunter February 7th, 2006 17:43

:| I fear for my life. Looney Toons Boxers. I might start crying now.
