just for the record: "a fuse is not a bottle neck for current flow" i would know as an electrician and EIA certified specialist for almost 12 years now. fuses are designed to allow currents in excess of their rating for a period of time regulated in the u.s. by astm and canada by the csa. they will typically allow for up to 600% of their rating for 1 second and follow a geometric curve (as time increases) to decrease capacity for protection of associated devices (mainly the motor). if the fuse blows, it's done it's job and protected the motor, wiring,etc. it DOES NOT restrict the flow of current until it blows, which only serves to help and save you a motor repair. many folks believe that a 15 amp fuse works by limiting voltage through it to 15 amps and not allowing any more to pass, thereby "restricting" current. there is such a thing as a "current-limiting fuse" but they are not used in aeg's and are really a resistor, not a fuse. sorry to thread-jack a bit here, but you mentioned it and it's not in the interest of the airsoft community to put out erroneus info and give some poor new guy the wrong ideas.
