maybe it was just me but my condor tear away pouch would never stay on while I was running, the velcro would not hold the loaded pouch on the molle panel.

If you go the tearaway route, best bet would be to go higher end to ensure that shit stays on you and safe. You don't want to have to worry about the damn thing tearing itself off while you're running.
