Ohh so thats the different between milspec and commercial. On the website for SRVV, it says it can be fixed for an AK100, but mine is a ak74, would that matter?

I also took a picture of the flash hider and it does seem like it has an adapter...

As for the LCT ris, it is listed as LCT TK104 Tactical Handguard Set w/out Gas Tube, its TK104, but would it still fit an ak74? It looks a little short? Right now my hand guard is like this
