[QUOTE=Freeze;1693533] And I paid $250 for it, tax included. That's about the same as $199 + taxes (and/or customs) + shipping.

You do realize that $199 + tax is less than $230 right?

You do realise that free shipping is quite rare... so add 20$... that is 250$...

I have not yet tried or tested side-by-side.

BUT

It uses the same mags as the L96 AWS.
Also the same feed system.

Basically, it is a different receiver and stock, but the insides are the same.

Again, I have NOT tried or tested.

I guess I'm going to go and look for a REALLY cheap L96 cylinder set, because the one that came with this is toast. And by that, I mean, that the screws keeping the actual cylinder and the piston and bolt part together are in fact, deformed. There is no better word for it. They are bent, squished, and I can't even get a knife in, never mind the hex screwdriver. Since I can't take the cylinder apart, I have to buy a new one if I want to install the v trigger.

Make sure it's for the TM L96 AWS, and NOT for Maruzen APS-2 Type 96 or some cheap clone.

Would it be possible for you to take a look and see what you can upgrade on my hakkotsu?

Any suggestions?

Yes, no problem. I want to get one for myself anyways.

Please continue by PM.

After doing some research, I believe the only part that you can upgrade is the spring and spring guide.

Some say vsr, other day L96.

Now I was wondering what spring and spring guide do I need?
Something like this?

Let me know which to get with a canadian retailer.
Thanks!
