Brian is one of the most respected members of this forum. Leave your attitude at the door and calm down. Yes it is unfortunate that your brand new AEG does not work, but as others have stated you should have contacted RA from the start.

Throwing a fit on the forum will not help you resolve this and will most likely end with a timeout from the Admins.

It would be telling of the coming troubles if he was a minor as his poor writing seems to indicate.

EDIT: Hell it's telling of the coming troubles even if he's not a minor, players that buy in cheaply that carry with them a lack of respect for the community.
