Ok, I replaced the loading nozzle, new piston head, new cylinder head, new cylinder adn I still have the same problem....I'm going freakin nuts. I ordered a whole new upper mechbox so if that should do the trick hopefully.......

Checked my lower gearbox and all is well....I will install the upper Friday, will update then but if anyone has any other ideas feel free!

Georche stop buying parts, what I suggest is we get together and switch parts from your gun to mine until it stops doing it... then will have a culprit!

Well I installed the new upper mechbox and like magic the gun fires like a dream...straight as an arrow. Gonna try to find out what the missing link is with the old mechbox.

Shot in the dark here ( lol ) Do you have a vented cylinder? If so could it have been reinstalled backwards during upgrades? Seen this happen before is the reason I'm asking.
