That was announced way before the PTS ACR was in production.

hmm yeah you told me your ACRs were at that store for a while already before i even went back, i expected that you would have gotten them back sooner. it took a while but they did a good job right? or was it just mediocre

It's funny but it's been out of stock for a LONG LONG time. From what I know, it has only been released in Japan and maybe a couple other places in very limited quantities. Even here in Hong Kong, it has not been released.
