I've had BB hitting the inside of the can on my old AEGs before. Once I got it dialed in with sight and hop-up I put the can on and the POI just get all f-ed up. And it was hitting the exit of the can....

I mean with hop-up the BB doesn't really fly straight...

longer inner barrel would solve your problem then...
