Mehhhh. I'm surprised that you put $1200 into a Hi-Capa? How the hell did you manage that - your build doesn't look that l33t.

Hell yes. Does TM have a suggestion box or something? I love TM hop up units - they should send me one every time I say something good about TM's.

I don't know if you REALLY ever need to upgrade a TM for gaming purposes...

Yes, usually after 3-4 years when the slide start to crack from years for propane use.

You can upgrade the KJW pistol to.

If you intend to fully upgrade your gun, you can simply order all the parts you want, make sure everything fits perfectly and fill the gaps with the KJW parts.

From past experience (this winter), the newer KJW pistol start to be decent.

I had a KJW 5.1 last summer and winter. I ran perfect even after a dip in the sand and other no-go events. The fit is a bit loose, but that causes the gun to be more forgiving. The quality of the metal will make you want to change the slide and frame eventually... but that is the same for a TM one with plastic slide.

However, if you want something that works perfect right away and will almost never need any modifications, go with the TM. The KJW will need a few tweaks and mods to be applied right away to make if work ok. In my case, painting the clear grip was a must, but is also helped with the loose magasine. The KJ nozzle is better than the TM one, but hop-up and barrel are not really great.
