Does anyone know if there is a working replica of an AN/PEQ-16 IPIM?

I'm not referring to the AN/PEQ-16A MIPIM that replaced the PEQ-16. The one I'm looking for resembles a PEQ-15 with a flashlight hanging under the IR illuminator.

All I can seem to find are PEQ-16As and only a couple PEQ-16 battery boxes.

Do you have any picture? All Google gives me is the PEQ-16 and PEQ-16A.

But... I don't think there's any.
