Ive found them on other websites in the area between 19-24USD as well.

I couldnt get a quote either but I would imagine shipping to be somewhere between average all the way up to 1 finger in the butt up to the second knuckle.

However they do have some extremely cheap fair qualuty stuff in their clearance area that a person could use to make that shipping worth the cost.
