same as slow said. i stick my bladder in the freezer the nite before or a few hrs before game time so its nice and cold. keeps my body cool(at least my back anyway haha) for the day and if i need to cool off a bit more just throw some of that ice water down my shirt. i also have pouches on the side of my vest, so if i need to i can put another ice bag there

i wasnt talking about burning it :rolleyes: i meant its fine to wear under your gear even if its hot out ive never had a problem wearing underarmor outside in any temp.

All great suggestions. Ordered some UA off of Sportschek and will likely buy a Cobber to wear underneath my Shemagh.

i usually just roll up my sleeves but im a brit but i have got aload of BDU coming i prefer it compaired to acu but anyway when i wear my brit kit i and if you do a brit impression wear a UBACS under body armour combat shirt they rock hope this helps
