k thanks to you FF!

thanks...

Dirty Deeds August 17th, 2006 07:23

I am of the same mind FF, very sceptical about the whole "Customs took some shit", and disturbed about the "So I won't for it" attitude.

Glad to hear it man, and like an old saying goes, cash talks and bullshit walks.

BloodSport August 17th, 2006 08:10

Good to hear this has been cleared up. Sanchez good luck with the CP claim.

I'm still very skeptical that any items were actually missing - if there where items missing I'd get in touch with the seller, not fucking ignore him for a month. It sounds like one of those "my little brother posted that" type of scenarios and I don't believe a word of it.

Just my opinion, and I could be wrong but it's how I feel. I really don't have patience for this type of behaviour at all. There is still no excuse.

At any rate Spitfire, next time ... CASH UP FRONT. This time you got lucky. Don't mess around with that C.O.D. crap either. When a buyer flakes or can't pay for the items on delivery (yes it happens) then the items get returned to you and you get burned for the shipping price (twice - there and back to you) so avoid that aswell.

Sorry guy, but i never ignored spitfire. Now that he has his money i'm sure he'll back me up on this. Like i said before i wasn't even aware of this thread until a buddy sent the link to me. I'll admit I didn't wanna pay him the full amount as stated in the msn converstion he cut and paste since I didn' t get all the parts as promised, but this thread did help me realize that I was being a jackass and not wanting to investigate to see what really happened with my parts.

anyway, spitfires happy now, and i'm still happy with my 2 inches of hot dick.

To Illusion and the others who were open minded about the whole thing. Thank you.

Spitfire August 17th, 2006 15:16

I don't think he should be reverified yet...

Personally, I think this guy only ended up doing it because it was made public. That's just what I get from the $60 take it or leave it thing.

Anyway... Negitive feedback should definately be left and linked to this thread.

this is a perfect way admins and this site can help resolve, prevent these situations. good job to all involved in helping spitfire out. its reassuring to know the honest people on this site have a security blanket from the higher ups.

ILLusion August 18th, 2006 03:43

To be honest, this "security blanket" isn't a reliance.

YOU ALL HAVE TO KEEP MIND OF DUE DILIGENCE.

There are times when there is only so much we can do. I helped out this time because I have a knowledge of the system and because I have some time to help with this situation right now.

In other circumstances, I may not help. Or any of the other senior members of this board. In the end, you guys should all take measures to protect yourself. Depend on yourself, not on others.

Airsoft is about comraderie, trust, respect and honor. In a perfect world, we would believe airsoft transactions would go the same way with fellow players, international or domestic... but there is an age old adage: "Never mix money with relationships."

I think you know what I mean.

If you don't, here's a Notorious B.I.G. line: "Money and blood don't mix like two dicks."

Simple as that.

Yep, it just goes to show: Rap isn't such a bad influence after all...
There's always a healthly life lesson to be learned from songs about selling crack cocaine. ;)

Or:
Now that this issue is resolved we don't need to track Sanchez down. All the parties involved are done with this, there's no need to bring it all back up.

Just saying, is all. No need to beat a dead-horse, espescially after other people have buried it. ~_^
