Its not what you have...its how you use it.

Naw, but it's part metal. The slide, barrel and of course mag are metal. It's like 2 lb with mag in. :)

Considering I paid $315 for an HFC M-9 from one of our reputable listed airsoft dealers two weeks back, I would say the $65 savings is a knowbrainer??

I am going out on a limb though, I ordered one of their TSD M-14 Socoms! $340 to my door, well I am not expecting more than $300 gun so I wont be too disapointed, as long as it is TM compatible I am not too concerned as I can recoup the value by upgrading to better internals etc.for the same or less than a TM M-14 would have cost, as I see lots of stocks, barrels, etc floating around from guys dressing up their TM M-14.

I will let you know the quality of the M-14, the pistols were a pleasant surprise (fingers crossed)!!

That M14 SOCOM looks real promising, it's up on YouTube from some guys in China. Good buy, it's sold out!

but why do they carry only the cheap stuff ?
why? why?

does anyone know if exists any cheap version of the Tanaka m500 8 inch ?
then maybe i could make buyairsoft order some for me...

They don't just carry the newer stuff from China or you could say mid-grade/low-end blah blah blah. They have some ICS guns and the SRC's they have are considered in between mid-high grade. I personally have ordered he SRC V2 M4, we'll see the improvements (if any) on this than the first releases.

You'll have to research yourself for any chinese releases of that Tanaka, you can check out Jia Dyi International as they seem to have the most official updates on chinese guns.

That's true, it's not what you have that makes you play better, but in your case that Firepower P90 only shoots 280fps with .12's ...has a plastic gearbox and at most it will shoot .2's a little over 200fps. That's not much better than an AEP ... at most you'll be able to play CQB, but the only real CQB place that's truly close up is at TTAC3 over here, otherwise you'll be quite fustrated with people calling hits from your gun.

Dont judge a guy on how much money he spent on that. I could play better with my p90 that cost 200$ than another guy with a TM that he paid 600$. The amount of money the gun cost dont set the skill the guy have.(sorry im usually speaking french that's why my english is strange, but im sure u all get the point). And i still think that selling to underage is bad.

Naerah February 8th, 2007 16:08

Hehe its for inside target shooting so i dont worry about its power. besides, buyairsoft.ca just e-mailed me to say they are out of p90 hehe. But i understand your point and pretty much think your right.

Assault Pioneer February 8th, 2007 19:35

these people sell those crapsoft guns you see in the US theyre bad quality and are easy to break not worth the money at all.

aZn_triXta07 February 8th, 2007 19:40

Get the WELL R7 or the WELL SD6 ..those are sufficient enough to start off with.

I remember reading somewhere (Arnies i think) that the WELL R7 can't use any other type of mags, if thats correct just save for another month or so and buy Marui from ASCA or A&A. Why drop about half the cost of something good, for something thats a crapper...i dunno, just doesn't make sense to me.
