Very nice setup. I just invested in an Aimpoint 3 color red dot. Zeroing it this weekend. Do you find the front sight gets in the way of your sight picture for your red dot?

The second picture is to show how my muzzle and flashlight line up.

I ran a simliar set up on my old M4, if you keep both eyes open when you aim on target, the red dot just floats out a few feet in front of your gun. One eye is looking through the sight, one is looking down the side of the gun, it makes it appear like the dot is just floating out there. really cool effect. and it works well.

Yeah, it's similar to using a reflex sight. Ultimately I want to change my hand guard to an extended free float rail system, probably around a 12" or so. This in turn would mean removal of the front sight. I know how to safely remove it, I just don't want to until I find a rail system that will work with this gun model; it would look kinda silly without it right now.

My new toy, Thanks to Toronto airsoft for donating it to the rhino raffle!

I plan to get a polarstar engine in it next pay.

How much magnification does your scope have? What brand too, if you don't mind my asking?

it's a leapers 3x12x44mm scope :P

Scope was around 170$ from D&L airguns

and the gun.... well...I lost count a while ago.... and I'd rather not go there.... (here's an exemple, the scope mount costs more then the scope...lol)
