A little greet and meet might help get the ball rolling. To help coordinate future ops, it would be useful to decide what to do first.

Just a note on capital manufacturing (for the newer guys that may not know), since you have it listed. Carriers, dreadnoughts and Rorquals can be built in stations in low sec. However, larger caps have to be built in a POS with a Capital Ship Assembly Array. That can only be done in 0.0 in a system where you have sovereignty and the appropriate systems upgrades in place.

Orcas and jump freighters are built just like caps, but can be built in high sec.
