Looks like they are adjustable.

Looks like the screw got loose (vibration from recoil will do that).

Loose screw caused the sight to fall free.

You re-tightened the screw and solved the problem like a boss.

But the screw will eventually just loosen up again.

So get some Loctite.

Im turning the screw both directions and none of them are change the way the sight moves (its still off)

When it was off, i looked at the screw hole in the slide, it was filled and i looked at the sight screw hole, it was also filled.

what?

That didn't make sense so I'm just going to echo the suggestion of epoxy.

Essentially, the sights off (not aligned in the middle) by like a millimeter. Epoxy would make that worse.

Turning the screw doesnt do anything in moving the sight.

It shouldn't. The screw is there to hold the sight in place and keep it from falling off (which I believe was the original problem)

Remove or loosen screw.

Drift sight in dovetail till centered.

Snug screw back in. As long as it's not all plastic some sort of locking compound would be a good idea. Use one with weak rating though.

You're joking right? its not even loosening, its already loose on the twist. I seem to have lose all recollection of how a screw works (or a broken screw at that)

and I cant crazy glue it cuz im trying to get it back aligned (THE SIGHT IS OFF)

lol.
Pugs you crack me up.

But seriously, the first problem you have is that the screw broke. You probably did strip the screw. Now all hope is lost for the little ones...

Just pull the screw out with a pair of pliers, do whatever mods you need to get a centered sight, and superglue it in place. The screw is busted anyways, so why not?
