Why is it so hard to find KSC M9 and SG 1911 slide sets?

Specifically through classifieds? Does no one have spares?

My only concern is that they no longer make slide sets for the KSC M9 (system 7)

I have for the M9 and haven't found anything but i have for the 1911 i just would rather go the used route while paying a little more, i dont have to worry about it being confiscated at a border.

There are no border issues for an M9 slide.

Post a WTB ad in the classifieds and notify the retailers, someone will source it for you.

WTB = Want To Buy (in the classified forum) to notify a retailer just send them a PM, to find who is retailer here, go in the retailer section

this.

You already have the "hard-to-get" part of your gun, sourcing the rest should be easy and painless (abroad). That is if you already have all the parts included in the slide. People usually sell single parts or full guns. Half a gun (eg full slide assembly) is not your average item kicking around.
