I've heard cutting out a "/\" shape into the rear of your feed lips can help. If your nozzle has too much play, when it returns towards the feed lips it will hit off the sides.

I'm still trying to determine a solution to the issue without resolving to the aluminum nozzle.
if the nozzles were 5$ i wouldn't mind but blowing 25$ extra every time i play is gonna add up would the steel nozzle guides solve the issue. I also wouldn't mind if i reduced breakage to every 5-10k of bb's wouldn't be so hard on the wallet

I've never tried the steel nozzle guides but I'm not sure if they'd be good for a plastic nozzle... You might solve one problem only to discover another. Severely worn out guide rails on your nozzle...

Hi,
Where I can find a spring nozzle for G39, in Canada. I found one on Evike but don't want to do business with them because of their reputation...

Also good news, I have just received word from Ratech that they will be soon releasing a steel hop up chamber that myself and a few other players have been asking for. Also soon to be released is a steel Ratech version of the latch that locks the bolt back when the mag is empty.

I completely destroyed the shim that goes between the hopup chamber and the receiver. Any idea where I can procure another one?
