Looks nice, although as pointed out, one of the defining feature of the M933 that makes it what it is, is its 11.5" outer barrel.
This one looks like it's even shorter than a CQB-R outer barrel (which is 10.5").

The length of your original barrel looks closer to a 933.

Hehe. Sorry, don't mean to rain on your parade. I'm just a bit of a stickler when it comes to naming convention.

Cheers

he well it was origianlly a 933, but now is indeed a CQB-R, i'm now jsut waiting for the 2nd Gen Gaurder C8 bodies, and it will be complete as for "ricing" it, i'm actually looking for a flashlight mount for CQB @ splatters... other than that, the most that might change is the adding of a M203, and c8 style outer barrel.

Goldman, did you house the battery in the crane stock, or are you using a RIS battery pack?

i'd love to be able to built a commando type variant with M203 as well, unfortunately, the only way to do it is with a RIS mounted version which feels awkward in my opinion.

Yeah, it sits kinda low. I dunno, some ppl don't mind it, but to me, it just didn't feel "right".

You know you can get the barrel mounted version and just mod the inside of the RIS. You have to grind away the rear screw mounts on the RIS unit but after that is done you can use the upper portion of your RIS and have the 203 mounted directly to the barrel and the thing is solid as heck. I did it late last year or early this year.
