I would love to see an airsoft Kentucky rifle. Then we could get exactly 1/2 of the players to wear red and the other half to wear blue. Add in a couple guys playing flutes and drums and we could have a real mil-sim (no G36 or MP5 or ARs allowed).

But better yet, why not an airsoft Winchester 94 and Colt Peacemaker? Then players could don their chaps (not the ass-less ones either) and badges on one side and the other side gets airsoft spears and arrows.

No video game impossible guns there.

I'd kill for a Model 1894 Winchester Lever action that is affordable and somehow not gas. I own one and a few .22 lever action rifles, I cant get enough of them. I'd be in heaven if there was an airsoft one that didnt cost a fortune and was actually reliable.

And I did have an idea regarding those Jaffa Staff weapons... the bottom end is conveniently huge [insert ass joke here] and you could probably fit some sort of internals in that part... maybe a battery (somehow make a 'ball' battery like those little Goa'uld teleball dealies they use...), some sort of M14 like motor in the shaft [insert shaft\motor related joke here], three or four barrels to simulate the slightly larger 'projectile' (energy blast).

The grip/trigger button is also larger than the general staff, more possible internal room...

I'm sure they are doable....

Guys, I really, really, really, really hate to agree with Styrak, but he's kinda right. There's a line between occasionally talking about fictional guns and completely deviating into fictional kit. We have the Themed airsoft sections for a reason.

It still boggles my mind that there are no non-specialty Russian sidearms. I mean wtf!?! The AK series and Russian impressions have got to be some of the most popular in airsoft.
