I'm looking for a new power supply. I know I need 12V/5A, does anyone know if it takes a 2.1mm or a 2.5mm?

2.5mm I think... I had the same issue. Bring the barrel plug with you when you go grab another. The one I bought had multi-heads, so I just used the one I needed. Also, you can order their power supply which'll be the right size.

It is 2.5mm. But I ended up getting the model with power supply built in. less cables to deal with at home.

If you care for legit, look up the authenticity sticker at the back. An store in toronto wanted to rip me off 80$ for a fake one without the box.
