TM Shotgun nozzle replacement?
Just noticed this on Arnie's, slipped past a few days ago. Paintball-X, a retailer in the US, seems to be offering a metal replacement nozzle for TM M3's (and SPAS-12). For those unfamiliar with the TM shotguns, they're very fun pieces, but have a pretty critical design flaw that manifests itself after a few thousand rounds and turns your shotgun into a paper weight.
There's no picture, and no extra information, but for $US24 it might be worth a shot. Anyone want to give it a try? I know there are dozens of busted TM's out there. If this part works, I'd love to hear about it. http://www.paintball-x.com/product_i...oducts_id=1135 |

I've got mine working again, but if someone wants to do a group order or something, I'll take one.

I only added it to the news because I loved my TM M3s... great guns, until the nozzle gives out.

And Derek who runs Paintball-X/Airsoft-X is a great guy to deal with...drop him a line!

I may order one to test it out. A metal replacement for that part would be amazing. I just got a replacement from another shotty, but that gets too expensive to have to keep doing.
[Amazing the timing of this part and HoJo's post coming up; Dman's just broke, and I just gave Jugglez $150 for a parts shotty this week. The irony.]

Holy crap! My M3 just broke on me yesterday. What luck. I will be ordering it for sure. Anybody else want to do a group order, save on shipping? PM me if you do. I will be buying this by the end of the week for sure.

My brother's M3 will probably be needing one of these sooner or later. I've contacted the vendor concerning a group order. Will update in the Group Orders forum when i have the details.

Just pointing out that the part is also available (in plastic) from WGC, though it was previously only available from DenTrinity.
On WGC it's only $3.40 USD!!! If these metal ones are no good, it couldn't hurt for shotty owners to just stock up on plastic ones, at less than $5 USD they're practically disposable.

Hopefully it doesn't come to that. I can almost see it now:
*PUMP* *Bang* (the three BB's just roll out) "Alright guys, I'll be back in 30 minutes, I gotta go change the nozzle."

It's easy enough to change if you know how that it COULD come to that. Though it sometimes rips the hopup when it jams, I've heard.

Group order sounds like a good idea... I'm in for one if someone gets that going

I'm guessing they're sand casting aluminum in green sand. I just want to see the metal parts.
