JG Dragon Canada Legal?

Hello everyone, I'm really interested in the JG Dragon at buyairsoft.ca. But so far my research seems to point that this gun is not a replica, hence it should be no problem getting it over the border since it does not resemble any gun with "near precision". Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knew Canada's legal stance on this gun?

I would call the Canadian firearms service, but I think they're closed for the weekend.

Nope. It's an M4 underneath and CBSA is wise to that.

Not implying that non AV'ed people should go out and buy guns but the JG Dragon has a higher chance of making it through customs since it looks nothing like a real gun, yes it has an M4 underneath but the shell covers it and when a CBSA agent sees that they may think it's just a toy. But mind you this was a year or so ago so CBSA might have gotten wiser.

Alot of people have done it in the past, but like I said before CBSA may have gotten smarter so I wouldn't bother trying.
