Mr.Hitman, what paint did you use the second time? Is it Krylon Camouflage Brown, or something else? That's an awesome shade.

It really is awesome.

Well the first paint I coated was a Krylon Fusion 'Satin Almond'.

Later sanded everything down to act like a primer.

The second coat was a Krylon Fusion 'Satin Khaki'.

*The colour of the cap in the picture above is not really the same as in person.

Hmm. Well I'm trying to get a caramel kinda finish.. Kinda brown, but not.

I'll check that paint out though.

Ronan, yes some people like it black, some like me like 2 toned.
Kos, as most fusion paints, they add a bit of gloss into it. Can't seem to find any camoflauge paints by Krylon in Toronto.. Checked at CTs and Walmart.

No, I'm probably going to Duracoat, or Gunkote it. I don't think I'm going to cheap out on it

Thanks for the photoshop, but it would just be an opposite to a 2 tone look.

So.. You have a forum full of people telling you it looks bad and how to improve it... Yet you're still asking how to improve it?

2 tone is for ska. Not for guns.
