the Head Honcho guy is wearing a black RRV. But what is the back configuration? Thought it was a back plate carrier at first, but it looks a bit small for that. Plus, I've never seen the back part being secured by 3 straps on each side. Is it a hydration carrier of some sort?

I think the SF guy uses Condor outdoor's first gen chest rig with integrated mag pouches (A copy of the RRV with back panel). I had one when i first began playing paintball, and it looked exactly like that. I also saw some people running IBHs, meaning they are mostly using low-end gear (condor, china made airsoft gear, etc). That's my opinion, maybe I'm wrong, but just by seeing IBHs, it makes me say they use airsoft gear, because nowadays real IBHs are as rare as rocking horse shit.
